The Department of Art & Design – also known as ‘Sint Lucas Antwerp’ offers three different Bachelors and/or Masters of Art & Design. These trainings offer courses that teach students about art history and contemporary art in general as well as courses that are specific for the training of their choice. The focus during these trainings, however, is always on practice: the various workshops allow students to really indulge in what they’re doing.
Master of Fine Arts
Your profile:
You are an open minded person and for you, the sky is the limit. Art is really your thing and you refuse to limit yourself to one specific aspect of it.
Your future:
You will be able to develop your very own artistic career and to interact with the art and culture scene.
Master of Jewelry Design & Silversmithing
Your profile:
You are a creative person that loves to experiment with different materials and is intrigued by shapes.
Your future:
You will be able to enter competitions and to show your designs at expositions. You might even run your very own gallery some day!
Master of Graphic Design
Your profile:
You are a creative person that knows how to communicate messages and images in an original yet transparent way.
Your future:
You will probably find a job as a designer or art director in communication, advertising, publishing, etc.
