Sophie Mols (EN)

Sophie graduated as a training and education scientist at the University of Antwerp in 2012 and started working as a lecturer and practice coordinator at the Pedagogy of the Young Child programme in 2013. There, she teaches subjects related to group dynamics, coaching and team learning and development. In 2022, she decides to refocus and takes up a role as a researcher in addition to her role as a teacher. Since then, she has been working on an evaluation study on multistakeholder labs (MUST-a-Lab) and how they contribute to the development of local integration strategies and participants' empowerment through political participation.
