Apply for academic year 2026-27
- Admissions for the next academic year, which begins 21 September 2026, are now open!
- Be sure to read our admissions procedure and deadlines before you begin your web registration.
- Students are advised to be 18 years old at the start of the academic year, as studying abroad as a minor can limit access to banking, housing and health insurance.
To apply, you will need:
- Details of your education
- Your identity card or passport
- Your language certificate
- Your secondary education certificate or statement of your expected high school graduation

- Only complete files will be considered.
- For non-EEA students, applications close on 23 January at 12:00 (noon - CET).
- Please note that third-country nationals who possess a Belgian A-card are equally regarded as non-EEA students, unless they fall under one of the official exceptions.

- We will contact you by email to confirm the outcome of your application.
- Some students may receive a conditional acceptance – subject to you submitting your secondary school diploma certificate before the start of your classes.
Apply for current academic year 2025-26
The academic year 2025-26 has started.
- It is no longer possible to join the Multimedia & Creative Technologies programme for this academic year.
- For the Applied Computer Science and International Business Management programmes, it may be possible to join the current academic year, but only if you are eligible for the basic tuition fee.
- Applied Computer Science: If you would like to join before February 2026, you must make an appointment with the Study Career Counsellor to discuss your options. To start in February 2026, read these guidelines.
- International Business Management: You may only join the current academic year from February 2026. Read the guidelines here.
