Workshops in English

Coloring Mandalas – Karim Fawzi

  • In the past, monks used mandalas as a form of meditation.
  • In Buddhist and Tibetan art, they symbolize the cosmos and serve as a source of inner enrichment.
  • Join us for a relaxing coloring session and experience the calming effect that mandalas can bring.

Movement as a Boost – Dries Pieters

  • Everyone experiences stress or has a mind that just won’t switch off from time to time.
  • During this Mind Matters workshop, you’ll discover how movement can help you relax.
  • Through simple movement and breathing exercises, you’ll get hands-on experience and discover how to reduce stress and overthinking.
  • No sports shoes needed, just an open mind.

Reflection of your mind – Esin Tanrisever en Elise Claessen

  • We look in mirrors every day, but mostly at our appearance.
  • In this creative workshop, you’ll explore your inner world—your thoughts, feelings, and ideas.
  • Through playful exercises, you’ll create your own zine, a little booklet that reflects your mind, because taking care of your mental world is just as important as caring for your body.

Stress Reduction – Annelien Dessoy & Inez Baeten

  • Everyone has to deal with stress from time to time.
  • Stress can temporarily help you perform, but it can also be very demanding, especially when you are exposed to it for a long time.
  • Fortunately, there are a lot of tips and tricks for dealing with stress.
  • Knowing which signs indicate stress in your body, when is a good time to take good care of yourself and what you need at those moments, can already be very helpful.

Yin Yoga – Katrien De Munck

  • During this session, you’ll slow down and give your body and mind the space to relax.
  • By holding gentle poses for longer, you’ll learn to release tension and listen to your body more mindfully.
  • No experience is needed, everyone is welcome.
