Through this course, I help professionals gain a deeper understanding of their assays and make informed decisions – from design to interpretation. Many people work with these techniques routinely but encounter issues with reproducibility or unclear results. By asking the right questions and critically evaluating existing practices together, you strengthen your laboratory insight and work more purposefully. That is what makes this course relevant: it is not a repetition of what you already do, but a deepening that truly enhances your skills on the job.
Martie - ELISA and qPCR Lecturer (with over 25 years of experience)

For whom?

This micro-credential is for future operators in the production and quality control of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs).

  • You are already employed* in the biomedical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or (bio)chemical sector. You want to broaden your expertise and tailor it to the specific needs of cell and gene therapies.
  • You have recently graduated* as a bachelor or master in biomedical laboratory technology, pharmaceutical laboratory technology or (bio)chemistry.

No prior knowledge of ELISA or qPCR is required.

This course gave me a deeper understanding of (q)PCR and ELISA. The PCR section is ideal for those working on method development, while the ELISA component provides a strong introduction or refresher for both research and QC.
Emma - Johnson & Johnson
The course provided a valuable refresher and additional insights, with strong emphasis on critical thinking and accuracy when performing tests. A real added value for my work.
Lise - Johnson & Johnson
An ideal training course for anyone in the biotech sector seeking both theoretical background and practical experience with qPCR and ELISA.
Julie - Johnson & Johnson
